Expressive Grief Release

Our monthly Expressive Grief Release is a community gathering to make dedicated time for both ongoing and new grief in our lives.

Our experienced facilitators will guide the group through a variety of prompts after which you will be given time to connect with grief in a way that feels right for you. This may be through writing, making visual art, music, movement, or quiet reflection. Following this we will come back together, with the option to share or just listen.

We are committed to making room for all kinds of grief- big and small; distant, recent or anticipatory; with the option to share or just listen.

This event is free, with donations most appreciated if you are able to help support our non-profit org and our facilitators.

Before you attend, please take time to review our community guidelines below, and feel free to reach out via our contact form if you have questions.
